Gran Canaria defeated UNICS 83-70 in the first leg of the Eurocup semifinal at Kazan BasketHall on April 1.

On March 18, Kazan’s Basket Hall hosted the first game of the Eurocup quarterfinals between two Russian teams, UNICS Kazan and Lokomotiv-Kuban.

On March 11, UNICS Kazan beat Italy’s Cantu 75-72 in a return game of the Eurocup eighth-finals and will now face another Russian club, Lokomotiv-Kuban, in the quarterfinals.

Kazan’s Basket Hall Arena hosted a VTB United League basketball game between BC UNICS (Russia) and BC Nymburk (Czech Republic) on March 8. The Russian club won 76:62 Panorama Kazan provided live coverage of the game for the League’s TV partners.

Yenisei played Kalev, Tallinn, in a home game of the 2014-2015 season at the Ivan Yarygin Sports Palace on February 14. The game was tough, with the Tallinn guests winning by a narrow but crucial margin 87-83. Panorama Krasnoyarsk produced a live broadcast of the game for Yenisei TV channel and Estonian TV.

On February 4, Kazan hosted a fifth-round game of the ULEB Eurocup’s 2nd group stage. UNICS Kazan lost the home match to Strasbourg IG (France) 60-82. Panorama Kazan provided a live broadcast of the game for Eurosport 2 DH. French viewers were able to watch the recorded broadcast on Eurosport.

Orenburzhye sports arena hosted 2014/2015 Women’s Final Four Basketball Cup on January 31 and February 1. The Cup was contested by UMMC Ekaterinburg, Sparta&K Moscow Region, Dynamo Kursk, and Nadezhda Orenburg. The latter had been the first to make it to the Final Four. Dynamo Kursk defeated Sparta&K 68-49 and won the finals, with the bronze snatched by Nadezhda.

On January 21, Kazan’s Basket-Hall Arena hosted a third-round game of the ULEB Eurocup Last 32. UNICS Kazan defeated Zenit St. Petersburg 103-67 and moved to the top of Group G. Panorama Kazan provided a live broadcast of the game for Eurosport 2, NTV Plus and Maidan.

Yenisei played VEF Riga in a home game of the 2014-2015 season at the Ivan Yarygin Sports Palace on January 17. VEF was behind for most of the game but in the middle of the third quarter they used the home team’s mistakes to go on a scoring streak and pulled ahead, defeating Yenisei 88-81. Panorama Krasnoyarsk produced a live broadcast of this exciting game for the Yenisei TV channel.

On January 14, Kazan’s Basket Hall brought together 2,500 spectators for the Europe Cup group stage. UNICS Kazan defeated ČEZ Nymburk 75-67, with Nymburk’s Tre Simmons and UNICS Keith Langford coming up as top scorers of the game. Panorama Kazan broadcast the game live for Russian Maidan channel and Czech CT Sport.
