22nd Russian Kudo Championship
On February15, Moscow’s Dynamo Sports Center hosted Russia’s 22nd Kudo Championship. Kudo (meaning “the simply way” in Japanese) is a mixed full contact Budo sport developed in 1981 by Grand Master Azuma Takshi based on his knowledge of Kyokushin, Judo and Muay Thai. The championship was organized by the Russian Kudo Federation. Individual competitions were held for athletes across age categories from 18 y.o. The results are available at the Federation’s official web-site. The Russian Kudo Federation contracted Panorama to deliver TV signal. Panorama’s team used a 10-cam OB-unit and special TV equipment.
